Helpful tips for Mueller homeowners
The POA, HOA or Mueller Community Associations are all the same entity. Membership to the Associations is mandatory and free of charge. Learn more about the POA.

Register for the Property Owners Association once you've purchased your home.
Collect your pool key from the receptionist at Mueller Central (next to the Robert Browning Hangar) Tuesdays – Fridays 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 3pm. Bring a photo ID
If your pool key stops working, take the broken key to Mueller Central to coordinate a replacement. Replacements are no cost whereas lost keys will cost you $10. Pickup your mailbox key from the U.S. Post Office at 900 Blackson Ave Austin, TX 78752. Bring documentation of your new home address. Setup utility accounts with City of Austin and Texas Gas Service once you've purchased your home. Take advantage of Texas Gas rebates if applicable. Trash and compost pickup is Friday. Place your trash and recycle bin outside in the alley by 6:30am Friday morning and return them by 10pm. Recyclables are picked up every other Friday. Brush that is tied up will be picked up on trash days as well. Reminder: Trash and recycle bins must be stored out of sight. Review Watering restrictions and set automated sprinkler systems accordingly. Sprinklers may only run between midnight and 5:00am and/or 7:00pm to midnight on your assigned day.

Landscaping is the yard homeowner's responsibility: See https://austintexas.gov/cleartherow
- Sidewalks: Limbs and vegetation must be trimmed back from the edge of and at least 8 feet above the sidewalk.
- Streets/Alleys: Limbs and vegetation must be trimmed back from the curbline (edge of street or alley) and at least 14 feet above street or alley.
- If your home is attached to another home, or you are in an apartment or condo the POA is responsible for your landscaping (except for the fenced-in backyard) and the POA may be contacted at [email protected]
