4 Minute Rounds, as many times through as you’re up for! Take a break between rounds.
Round 1, Lower Body, 4 Minutes:
Minute 1 – Right side single leg step up 40 seconds / Squat hops 20 seconds
Minute 2 – Left side single leg step up 40 seconds / Squat hops 20 seconds
Minute 3 – Right side split squat 40 seconds / Squat hops 20 seconds
Minute 4 – Left side split squat 40 seconds / Squat hops 20 seconds
Step Up Squat Hop Split Squat
Round 2, Upper Body and Abs, 4 Minutes:
Minute 1 – Right side plank crunch 40 seconds / Mountain climbers 20 seconds
Minute 2 – Left side plank crunch 40 seconds / Mountain climbers 20 seconds
Minute 3 – Incline or decline pushups 40 seconds / Mountain climbers 20 seconds
Minute 4 – Tricep dips 40 seconds / Mountain climbers 20 seconds

Round 3, Mobility, 4 Minutes:
Minute 1 – Right side lateral lunge 40 seconds / High knees 20 seconds
Minute 2 – Left side lateral lunge 40 seconds / High knees 20 seconds
Minute 3 – Walking lunges 40 seconds / High knees 20 seconds
Minute 4 – Stair climb 40 seconds / High knees 20 seconds
