| 3/25/2020 – Park Playscapes, Dog Run, Sports Courts Closed |
| Dear Mueller Residents, Following City of Austin Parks & Recreation efforts to close all city playgrounds and exercise stretch areas due to the coronavirus pandemic, the following Mueller park facilities are now closed until further notice: • Playscapes • Exercise stretch facilities • Sports courts, including volleyball and basketball • Branch Park dog run • Pools • Branch Park waterscape • Picnic tables and barbecues • Lake Park fire pit • Restrooms • And other park facilities where people could normally gather We’ve locked facilities and gates that can be locked, added signs and caution tape around select closed facilities and shared this information with Mueller residents, apartment managers and surrounding neighborhoods. While we do not have the ability to enforce these closures, all park users must not use these areas. Mueller’s trails remain open but users must stay at least six feet away from each other and should wash hands before and after being outside.
