The 2017 Mueller Fourth of July Parade and Festival, sponsored by the Mueller Neighborhood Association, was a musical affair.  Commencing with a costume and bike decorating contest in Paggi Square, the parade marched toward the festival site at Ella Wooten Park.  Hundreds of neighbors joined the route with their pets and wheeled vehicles of all designs.
