The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. at John Gaines Park (2708 Sorin St, Austin, TX 78723). The welcome will be at Branch Park Pavilion (2006 Philomena St, Austin, Tx 78723 ) at 10:45 a.m. The festival will continue at Branch Park Pavilion from 11:00 – 1:00.
